our policies

Come as you are to our studio, we are always overjoyed to have you in our healing collective. We ask that when you attend an offering of soulworks that you are honoring the peace of people around you by speaking in hushed tones & taking phone calls downstairs. We kindly ask that you not bringing your phone to your mat with you as it is a distraction to your teacher and fellow yogis. We ask that you practice discernment when utilizing props from our space. We request that you go within and come to your mat with inspiration & passion, without practicing through the vessel of your ego.

Our studio is a safe space, all are welcome & come as you are

Our Policies & asks

Arriving on time

To ensure that we as a studio are able to optimize our time set aside for class, we kindly ask that you arrive no later than 5 minutes before class begins, enabling you to check in with your teacher, settle in & collect any props being utilized for class.

Parking

During popular class times & events our parking lot sometimes gets full. You can always venture down the right side of the building to parallel park in line with the grass & please dont block our neighbors driveway to the left of us. If you are to find alternative parking avoid the diner parking lot across the street & avoid parking anywhere near the cement barriers across the street.

Guidelines

A class must be canceled at least 2 hours prior to start. This applies to all students who are absent from, late to class or cancel within the 2 hours.

If a class is not canceled within the 2-hour window and the student is absent, they will be subject to a $5 fee.

Age requirement; we unfortunately do not permit children 14 and younger to our yoga classes. We ask that you don’t leave children unattended while you take a class.
