Have some form of a yoga practice, just not sure which class is right?

 

Whatever your yoga style, we have a class that will suit your practice. For some this might mean attending classes taught by different teachers & different class styles to find which one fits your practice best!

 

If you have a power yogi background, Brittany’s class on saturday morning might be for you. If you’re looking for simple joint mobility and light stretching Nancy’s classes are most definitely right for you. You may land somewhere between those two, in that case try Cheri or Finn for their Slow Flows or Yin & Yang class!

If you’re new to the studio I recommend our new student special, $30 for two weeks of unlimited yoga! Thats 14 days to take all the classes and find which ones you like best before committing to a membership!
